Merchandise Returns

Unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective

Popcorn / Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of our popcorn products, food items cannot be returned. However, if your order arrives damaged, stale, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Fundraiser Orders

Orders placed through a fundraiser campaign follow the same return policy above. Refunds on fundraiser orders may affect the fundraiser's credited amount.

How to Initiate a Return

Please visit our Contact Page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
