Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or fundraising events, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. Orders over a certain amount qualify for free shipping — check your cart for details.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available at checkout)

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We currently ship to all U.S. addresses including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
